Returns and Refunds:
30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products for a full refund.
Eligible Items: Only items purchased directly from our online store are eligible for returns. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include this with your returned item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
